We are over on Shirole Road, right at number 6 in Horamavu. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city. We’ve been running Rkm Tours And Travels Pvt Ltd from this small office for a good while. There’s usually someone here from morning until late evening. We have a few computers that are a bit slow and a lot of logbooks stacked up on the shelves. It’s mostly just us handling phone calls and trying to keep the drivers on time. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we manage to get things moving eventually. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know the routes and the local traffic patterns. We don't do much advertising at all. Most people find us because they live nearby or their neighbor mentioned our name over coffee. We like it that way. It's more personal. You come in, sit on the bench, and we talk about where you're heading. No fancy presentations or anything like that. Just honest talk about what’s available right now. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles checking where the cars are. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone is back at once, but it works for what we do. We've learned that being reliable matters more than having a shiny office. We just try to get the jobs done and keep things moving every single day.
