Rk It Solutions is located on the first floor of building number 242. We are on 4th Main Road in J P Nagar, specifically the 3rd Phase here in Bangalore. It’s a nice area with plenty of trees, though it’s getting more crowded every year. We've been in this office for a bit. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for folks to get to. We mostly deal with computer stuff and tech issues that come up. It isn't always exciting, but it’s steady work and we enjoy the challenge of figuring things out. The team is small. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing away. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the street to grab some coffee. It helps clear the head when a project gets complicated. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or try to sound more important than we are. We're just a group of people who know their way around software and hardware. People in J P Nagar know they can drop by if they have a question. We try to be honest about how long things will take. Sometimes parts are late or a fix is harder than it looks. We just tell it like it is and hope that people appreciate the straight talk we give them.
