Our shop is located in Nagarabhavi Kondhwa Khurd, right next to the Sbm ATM which makes it easy for people to find us when they need cash or a repair. We deal with all sorts of computer issues here, from broken screens to slow software that just won't behave. It’s usually just a couple of us in the shop surrounded by cables, keyboards, and half-opened laptops. We started this place because we liked messing around with electronics and figured we could help the local folks out. It gets pretty dusty with all the fans running but we try to keep the work area clean enough to see what we're doing. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink coffee while waiting for someone to walk in, but other days we have a backlog of machines piled up on the counter. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with tech talk. We just tell you what's wrong and try to fix it. Being near the ATM is handy because people often realize they need a bit of extra money for parts. The neighborhood is quiet enough, though the traffic picks up in the evenings. We’ve got a small storefront and it’s nothing special to look at, but we know our way around a motherboard. We’ve seen just about every kind of computer problem you can imagine over the years. We just keep at it every day, making sure things run right for our customers.
