You can find us up on the 9th floor of the RMZ Latitude building in Bangalore North. We are in the WeWork section, specifically room HD-176. It’s a bit different from a standalone office because there are always other people around in the common areas, but our little corner is where the real work happens at Riyatsa Technologies. Being on the 9th floor gives us a decent view of the city, which is nice when you need a quick break from looking at code or spreadsheets. The elevators are sometimes slow, but we’ve gotten used to the wait and the small talk. We’re just a team of people who enjoy solving tech problems without making a big deal out of it. We don't go in for those long, pointless strategy sessions you hear about. Instead, we grab a coffee and just start working on what’s in front of us. The atmosphere is pretty casual. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts and we don't have strict rules about who sits where. It’s more about getting the job done right and helping each other out. Bangalore North is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside our windows. We find that the energy of the place helps us stay focused during long afternoons. We’ve been in this space for a bit now and it really suits how we operate. It's a professional building, but we keep our internal vibe very low-key.
