Riya Holidays

We are tucked away in the Venkatapura Extension area of Kottayam. If you know where 4th Cross is, you’ve probably walked right past us without noticing. It’s a quiet enough street most days, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate. We spend our time looking at maps and booking trips for families and regular people who want a break. A lot of folks around here want to go away for a few days, maybe to the hills or somewhere further out of Kerala. We sit here at the desk and try to find the right dates that work for everyone’s schedule. It’s not a big corporate setup with a lot of departments, just a few of us in a small rented space. We have some dusty brochures lying around on the table, but most things are on the laptop screen these days. Kottayam is a good place to work from. We know many of our neighbors and the people at the local bakery. People stop by just to ask a quick question about a train or a bus price sometimes. We don't promise anything crazy or fancy, we just look up the prices and tell you exactly what they are. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait for the page to refresh, but that’s just how it goes here. We’ve been at this for a bit now. It’s steady work and we like seeing people come back after their holidays and telling us how things went.
