Rivercrest Solutions LLP operates out of a fairly large space in H V Halli, down in RR Nagar. We actually take up several units from 6 all the way to 15, so there is plenty of room for us to move around throughout the day. It's a bit of a maze sometimes when you're looking for someone specific. RR Nagar is a good part of Bangalore South to be in, even if the commute can be a bit of a headache during peak hours when the main roads get clogged. We have a lot going on here most days. It’s not a silent office by any means. There’s always the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking over their monitors about the latest project. We don't put on any acts here. What you see is what you get. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while and it feels like home now. The staff mostly brings their own lunch, and we sit around and talk about stuff other than work when we get the chance. We handle our business directly and try not to overcomplicate things with too many layers of management. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. We have enough space for everyone to have their own desk without feeling cramped. It’s a practical environment for a team that just wants to get things finished. We don't have a front desk person with a scripted greeting. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us working.
