Our office is at P3 on the 4th floor of Parody Paradise, which is on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. We are right near the Vijaya Bank Enclave in Billekahalli. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of a view of the road, which is always packed with cars and bikes at all hours. The building itself is busy, and we have neighbors on every floor doing all sorts of different things. We have a decent-sized room where all our developers sit together. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but the exercise is probably good for us since we sit so much. We have wires and cables running all over the place because that is just the nature of the software work we do. It’s a bit noisy with the fans from the computers and the sound of people typing away, but we are used to it by now. We usually grab some snacks from the shops downstairs when we need a break from the screens. The team is fairly small, so we all know each other well and don't have to deal with many formal meetings or long emails. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be discussed or fixed. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks on the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It works for us and keeps things simple.
