We are based out of an apartment, specifically Flat 108 in Gopalan Gardenia. It’s in Veerasandra, which is right near the entrance to Electronic City Phase 1. If you know that area, you know the Hosur Road traffic is pretty intense. Working from an apartment complex like this is a bit different than a standard office building. It’s quieter in some ways but you still have the residential feel around you. Risio Technologies has been running from here for a while. We use the space for our computers and servers. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just a flat where we do our tech work. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all those screens, but they’ve gotten used to us by now. Being so close to E-City is useful, but we try to avoid going onto the main road during peak hours if we can help it. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just have tasks that need to be finished every week. It’s a very low-key environment. We dress casually and just focus on the computer work. It’s honest work and a decent place to spend the day. We usually just order lunch in or bring it from home.
