Our place is down Hommadevanahalli C.K. Palya Main Road. It’s off the main B.G. Road stretch. It’s a bit of a different vibe compared to the tech parks in the city. There’s more dust and more open space around here. The address is No. 49/50/31/1, which sounds more complicated than it actually is once you get here. Rishil Technology has been here for a bit now. We aren't a huge company. It’s mostly just a handful of us working on various tech bits. The road outside can get quite messy during the rains. We’ve had to deal with that more than a few times. The office is functional. We have what we need to get the job done, but we don't have any of those startup perks you hear about. No bean bags or free snacks. Just tea from the local shop and our own packed lunches. It’s a practical way to work. We don't talk much about "the future" or "innovation"; we just talk about the bugs we need to fix or the code that isn't working right today. The area is growing, and more buildings are coming up nearby, but it still feels a bit like the edge of the city. It’s a quiet place to get through the workday without too many distractions from the outside world. We just keep our heads down and get through the list.
