Church Street is probably one of the busiest spots in all of Bangalore. We are right in the middle of it at Kalpak Arcade. Our office is unit 208 on the second floor. If you’ve ever walked down Church Street, you know how loud and crowded it gets, especially on the weekends. We are here during the weekdays mostly. The building is older, number 19, and it has a bit of character. It’s not one of those new steel and glass towers. Ripple Mind has been operating out of this space for a while. We like being central because it’s easy to get to, even if the parking is a total nightmare. Most of us take the metro or use cabs. Inside the office, it's just a bunch of desks and some old chairs. We don't spend money on fancy decor. The work is what matters to us. We handle various tech tasks and stay busy most of the time. There’s always someone coming or going. Sometimes we step out for a quick bite at one of the many places nearby. It’s a very urban experience working here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do what we are supposed to do, and try to make sense of the projects we have on hand. It’s a bit chaotic but we are used to it.
