Rinova Solutions Private Limited is based in Jayanagar, specifically at A 202 in Adarsh Residency. We are located on the 2nd Main, right near 47th Cross in the 8th Block. Jayanagar is a great area because of all the trees and the wide roads, and our office reflects that calmer vibe. We aren’t in a massive commercial tower. Instead, we are in a residential-style building which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed. The office is basically a few rooms where we’ve set up our stations. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to take a phone call or just get some air. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the corners—old boxes and extra cables mostly. It isn’t the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy management software to track every minute of our day; we just talk to each other across the room. It’s a friendly atmosphere where we don't have to pretend to be something we aren't. Being in the 8th Block means we have some good places to eat nearby when we get tired of our tiffin boxes. It’s a straightforward, comfortable spot for a small team like ours to handle our daily business.
