We are based in the Poornima building on State Bank Road, right in the heart of Bangalore. Our office is on the second floor, at number 25. Being on State Bank Road means we are right in the middle of everything. It is a busy area, very central, so there is always a lot of energy outside our windows. At Rideau Technology Services, we focus on tech support and related work. The office itself is practical. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other when we hit a snag. It is not a corporate showroom; it is a place where work actually happens. Sometimes the files pile up and the desks get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We have got a small team and we have been working together for a bit. We appreciate being in this part of town because it is easy for everyone to get to. We do not go in for long meetings that do not go anywhere. We would rather just fix the problem and move on to the next thing. It is a simple setup—nothing more than what we need to do our jobs well. We have been here for some time now and we like the rhythm of the place. It is just us, doing our daily tasks and keeping the technology side of things running for the people we help.
