Rhv Innovative Technologies Private Limited is based at No 1922, specifically in Flat No 205 of Shiva Gowri Enclave. We are located on the Kammanahalli Link Road in Gottigere. This part of Bangalore, the 560083 area, has its own unique character. It’s a bit away from the main central hubs, which gives us a bit of peace. Shiva Gowri Enclave is a regular residential-style building. We work out of Flat 205. It’s not a fancy office with glass partitions. We have regular rooms and a main area where we set up our workstations. It feels like a home because it basically is one. We find that this helps us stay relaxed and focused on our tasks. The link road can get busy during peak hours, but generally, it’s not too bad. We have a small team, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We share snacks and talk about whatever is on the news. There’s no corporate jargon used in our meetings. We just sit around the table and talk like normal people. If something isn't working, we say it plainly. The Karnataka weather usually treats us well in this part of town. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We just come in, do our work, and try to make things that actually work for people. It is a simple life for us here in Gottigere.
