You have everything right there. Our office is a flat, which makes it feel much more personal than a standard cubicle farm. We’ve got a kitchen area where we make our own coffee and tea whenever we feel like it. It’s a 560048 pin code, and the traffic on ITPL road is something we talk about daily. It’s the standard conversation starter here. Inside the office, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of typing. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just come to the flat and we’re there working. We like the informal vibe. It allows us to focus on the work rather than on looking professional for the sake of it. Sometimes we walk around the campus during breaks just to get some air. There are a lot of other companies nearby, but we mostly keep to ourselves and our projects.
