We’re over here at 260/50/31, part of the Prabha Vathi Builders area in Bangalore. The 560068 postcode is where we call home for Ressmash Technologies Private Limited. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the turns, but once you’re in, it’s a solid place to work from. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees or a giant HR department. We’re just a small group of people who know a thing or two about technology and how it works. The office space is simple—some desks, a few computers, and a small area to sit and talk when we have a break. We don’t really do fancy presentations or lunch meetings. Usually, we just huddle around a monitor to figure things out together. Sometimes the traffic around here gets really bad, so we end up staying late just to avoid the roads for a while. It gives us more time to finish up whatever we’re building that week. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that to write pretty words for us to put on the internet. We’re just regular folks doing technical work. The Prabha Vathi building is pretty sturdy, and we’ve made ourselves comfortable here. It’s a bit noisy when construction is happening nearby, which seems to be all the time in Bangalore, but we just put our headphones on and keep going. That’s pretty much us. Nothing more, nothing less than that. We just try to stay focused and get through the list.
