Residenz Group

Our office is on the first floor over in BTM Layout, specifically on 11th Cross near the 1st Main. It is a busy little corner of Indiranagar too, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. There are usually a few of us here at the desks, just trying to keep everything organized. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but it is a decent space once you get inside. We have a lot of files and folders because that is just the nature of what we do. It is not a big corporate setup, just a group of us working through the daily tasks. Sometimes we get distracted by the noise from the street below, especially when the traffic peaks, but you get used to it. We deal with people looking for places to stay or invest in, so there is always someone coming in with questions. We try to be direct and tell it like it is. No point in sugarcoating things when it comes to property or building projects. Most of our day is spent tracking down details and making sure the paperwork is actually correct. It is a bit of a grind, but it is what we know. We have been in this neighborhood long enough to know where the good coffee is and which roads to avoid during rush hour.
