Resident Physiotherapist is located in the Prakash Building at number 579 on Begur Road in Bommanahalli. If you’re looking for us, we’re quite near the Canara Bank branch. This is where I work, helping people with their aches and pains. The building is a typical Bangalore structure, and the road outside is almost always busy with people heading towards the highway or the local shops. I spend my days here working with patients who have back problems, knee injuries, or maybe someone recovering from a surgery. It’s a hands-on job, literally. The room has the basic equipment like a treatment bed, some resistance bands, and weights. It’s not a massive fitness center, just a dedicated space for therapy. People from around Bommanahalli come in, often after their work shifts. I see a lot of office workers with neck pain from sitting at desks too long. We talk about their habits and do the exercises together. There isn't any fancy receptionist or a big waiting hall. It’s just me and the patient working through the movements. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living while helping the neighbors feel a bit better. Begur Road can be a bit dusty and loud, but inside the Prakash Building, we just focus on the stretching and the recovery. It’s been my spot for a while now. I just want people to walk out feeling less stiff than when they first arrived for the day.
