Reseed Technologiesprivate Limited is located over in the Begur area, near Banerghatta Road. Specifically, we are in the Nandi Deepa Apartment, room 1302, in Kamanhalli. It is a bit of a residential setting, which makes the office feel a lot more like a home than a corporate workplace. Being in an apartment means we have a kitchen and a bit more privacy than a big office block. We do a lot of our tech work right from here, looking out over the neighborhood. The commute along Banerghatta Road is famously slow, so most of us try to avoid the peak hours if we can. Inside, the rooms are filled with computers and extra monitors. We have wires running everywhere and a few whiteboards for planning things out. It is a small team, so we all know each other well and end up eating lunch together most days. We focus on our daily targets and try to keep things moving forward without making it too stressful. The power goes out sometimes, but the building has a backup, so we just keep typing. It is a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a big fancy building. We like the quiet of being in an apartment complex, and it helps us stay concentrated on the technical details of our work.
