We are based in Archana Arcade, and we are in units 16 and 17. Our shop is right across from the railway reservation complex on St. Johns Road, near the corner of SP Road. This is a very busy part of the city for electronics and computer parts. We have a lot of hardware on our shelves, from monitors to small internal parts. People are always walking through the arcade, so we get a lot of foot traffic. Some people are looking for a whole new system, while others just need a cable or a mouse. We spend our time managing the stock and helping customers figure out what part fits their computer. The noise from the traffic on St. Johns Road is something we have gotten used to over the years. Our two units are often full of boxes because we get deliveries almost every day. It is a bit cramped, but we know where everything is kept. We have been part of this market for a long time and have seen many changes in the hardware that comes through our doors. We do not have a fancy display; we just put the items where people can see them. It is a practical shop for people who really need to get their computers fixed or upgraded. We stay open through the day, dealing with everyone from students to office workers who come from the reservation complex area across the street.
