Renew Information Systems Pvt Ltd is based at number 12 on Banneraghatta Road. This is one of the busiest roads in the city, so there is never a moment of silence. You can always hear the sound of the traffic and the sirens from the nearby hospital. Our office is in an older building that doesn't look like much from the outside. We occupy a long room that has been divided up with some simple wooden partitions. The carpet is a bit worn out in the areas where people walk the most. We have a water dispenser that makes a very loud gurgling sound every time someone fills a cup. The desks are a bit old and have some scratches on the surface. We have a small balcony, but it’s mostly used for storing a few empty crates and looking out at the billboards across the road. We usually get our tea from a man who brings it in a large steel flask every afternoon. It is a very humble and straightforward workspace. We don't have a dedicated server room with glass doors; everything is just tucked away in a corner. It gets a bit chilly in the office during the rainy season, so we keep the windows shut tight. We are just a small group of people working on information systems in a very busy part of town.
