Renardet & Ceg, Jv

We are located on the first floor of Mahaveer Sadan, which is House Number 327. It’s in the New BDA Layout on 2nd Main, specifically in the Girinagar area of BSK 3rd Stage here in Bangalore. The name on the door is Renardet & Ceg, Jv. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it the office. Ajay Kumar Jain is the person often linked with this spot. Bangalore 560085 is a good area, not as crazy as the central parts of the city. Our floor is usually pretty busy with people looking over documents and maps. Being a joint venture, we have different things going on at once. The building itself is quite traditional. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but we’ve got everything we need inside to get the work done. The layout in Girinagar is actually quite nice, with some trees and a bit of a residential vibe around the business. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. It’s more about getting the technical stuff right. We drink a lot of coffee, talk through the projects, and try to keep things on schedule. It’s a regular office environment. No one is wearing suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just focus on the engineering and the joint venture tasks we have in front of us. It’s a solid place to work. We don't make a fuss, we just do what's required each day.
