Down in Yeshwanthpur, specifically in Model Colony, is where we keep our office. It’s at 5, 1st Cross, in Room-8. The place is called Renaissance Holdings and Developers. Bangalore is a big city, but Yeshwanthpur has its own character. Our room is tucked away in a building that’s seen a lot of use. It’s a modest space, but it serves us well for the developer work we do. 560-022 is the area code if you're looking on a map. We don’t have a big staff, so it’s usually just a couple of us in the office at any given time. We handle the paperwork and the meetings right here in Room-8. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. The Model Colony area is quite busy, with a lot of people moving around all day. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't into those big high-rise office parks. We prefer being where the actual work is happening. If you visit, you’ll see we don’t have any fancy decorations. It’s just a practical office with what we need to get through the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites, but this is the home base. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside, away from the traffic of Yeshwanthpur. It’s a simple life for us here, just dealing with buildings and people. We have our coffee and we keep the projects moving along.
