Our office is at No.13 over in Gandhigrama, Bangalore. We’re specifically located on 3rd B Main in the Uthi Extension area. If you’re familiar with the 560 021 zip code, you know it’s a part of town that’s seen a lot of growth. Renaissance Holdings & Developers is where we spend our days looking at plans and talking to folks about property. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of blueprints lying around. Bangalore has changed so much lately, but this little pocket of Gandhigrama still feels grounded. The street is usually lined with scooters and cars. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees. We're just a group of people who know a thing or two about building and land. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait for the generator to kick in while we finish our tea. It’s very much a local operation. We don’t do big presentations. We just sit down with people and figure out the details of whatever project is on the table. It gets busy, sure, but we try to keep things simple. The office has been at this address for a long time, so people in the area know us by name. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job with the development stuff we handle. We don't need much more than our pens and some paper to get started.
