We operate out of a house in Bharatnagar, which is part of the Vidyaranyapura area in Bangalore. Our address is House Number 17 on the 1st Cross, right near the post office. It is a quiet street and most of the neighbors know us by now. We do logistics work, which basically means we spend our time moving items and managing shipments for people. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a few desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure things are being picked up when they should be. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in traffic or a delay at a warehouse. We just deal with those problems as they come up. The team here is small, just a handful of us who have been doing this for years. We do not have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just come in, check the schedules, and try to get everything moved from point A to point B without any issues. It is a lot of repetitive tasks but it is what we know how to do. Some days are long and we stay late to finish the manifest, but that is just how the business is. We like being in this part of town.
