Reliance Time Out

Our place is at number 74 on Cunningham Road, specifically in the Prestige Feroze building. We are up on the second floor, so you have to take the lift or the stairs to get to us. It is right near Sr Temple Road, which usually has a lot going on. The building itself is one of those places that feels quite solid, though the hallway can be a bit quiet depending on the time of day. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is alright for watching the traffic crawl by during peak hours. Cunningham Road is a busy stretch, and there’s always someone looking for a parking spot outside, which can be a bit of a headache. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and the routine is pretty much the same every morning. We unlock the door, get the lights on, and start the day. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, but we manage. Most people find us easily enough because the Prestige Feroze name is well known around here. It’s a decent area to be in, with plenty of places to grab a quick tea nearby. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the office door and some desks inside.
