Reliance Communication

Reliance Communication is located at No 108 on K H Road. We are right across from the Corporation Bank. This part of Bangalore is always moving, so there is plenty of activity outside our windows. The building is older but it serves our needs. We deal with a lot of customer queries and communication issues here. There is usually a line of people waiting when we open in the morning. We have a few counters set up to help everyone. The 560027 area is very central, which makes it easy for people to find us. Inside, it's mostly desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We have a lot of forms and pamphlets stacked up on the side tables. It’s not the most stylish office, but we keep it functional. The staff here is used to the fast pace. We spend most of the day talking to people or typing updates into the system. Sometimes the systems are slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit. It happens. We have a small water cooler in the corner for the staff and visitors. K H Road can be very loud with all the buses going by, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We just try to get through the daily tasks and make sure the records are updated. It’s a busy life here at No 108. We just take it one customer at a time. It's not fancy but it works.
