Reliaable Developers

Our office is based in Bangalore, down in the 560061 area code. It’s a typical real estate workspace for Reliaable Developers. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of land and blueprints of different layouts. The office isn't in the middle of the fancy tech parks, which is fine by us. It’s a bit more grounded. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls from people asking about plots or checking on their documents. Bangalore traffic being what it is, we often have people coming in late for meetings, but we’re used to it. The desks are usually covered in files, site photos, and half-empty cups of tea. We don't have a big marketing team here; it’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to the folks who visit the sites. When it rains, which happens a lot here, the office gets a bit dark and we have to put on all the lights to see the fine print on the contracts. We go out to the sites quite often to see how things are progressing on the ground. It’s a lot of driving around and checking boundaries. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just work on the development side and try to keep the records straight for everyone involved. It is a lot of back-and-forth but that is how the business works in this city.
