Regal Travels

We are set up right on Shastri Road in BTM Layout. If you find the big water tank, we are pretty much directly across from it at number 4. It’s a busy road, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. Inside, we usually have a few maps pinned up and plenty of calendars. We handle travel stuff, mostly booking tickets or helping people figure out how to get from one city to another. The phone rings a lot during the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for pages to load, which can be annoying when someone is standing right there. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we check schedules. It isn't a glamorous office with velvet ropes or anything. Just a functional space where we look at screens and write things down. We see a lot of people heading out on vacation or going back home to see family. Most of the time, it's just about finding the right bus or train time that fits. We keep a stack of brochures on the side table, though they get dusty sometimes. Working here means hearing about all the places people want to go while we stay behind the counter. It’s okay though, we like the rhythm of it. The fans hum all day and we just keep clicking through the booking sites to find what people need.
