Regal India Tours & Travels

We operate out of 16/1C Kalasipalyam Tippu Sultan Palace Road. We are directly opposite to the bus stand, so it’s always crowded and very loud outside. Regal India Tours & Travels is a busy little place because of all the people coming and going from the buses. We have a lot of maps and travel charts taped to the walls. The floor is usually a bit dusty from all the foot traffic. We spend our day talking to travelers who are just arriving or getting ready to leave. There is always a pot of tea on the go and some biscuits if anyone is hungry. We handle a lot of different routes, and the phone doesn't stop ringing for long. Sometimes the bus schedules change without much warning and we have to scramble to tell everyone. It’s a lot of shouting across the room and writing on clipboards. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished reception desk. It’s just us in a small room near the palace road trying to keep the tours moving. Most of the drivers have been with us for years and they know the roads well enough to avoid the worst bottlenecks. It’s a hectic way to earn a living, but we are used to the chaos of the bus stand area by now. We close up when the last bus leaves.
