Refond India Technologies Privatelimited is based out of No 7, 5th Cross. We are on 1st Main in Kalyani Nagar, which is in the Bikasipura neighborhood. The Bangalore address is 560061. It’s a residential-feeling area where we’ve set up our technology operations. We don’t have a big glass facade or a lobby with security guards. You just walk up to the door and we’re there working. It gets a bit busy during the morning hours, but otherwise, it's a pretty calm street. We spend our time on the technical side of things, making sure everything is running like it should. We aren't the type of people to talk a lot about big visions or anything like that. We just look at the tasks for the day and try to get them finished. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup, but that’s just how it goes here. We have a small group of people who know their way around the systems we use. There isn't any fancy corporate talk in our office. We just speak plainly and do the work. It’s a modest setup in a nice part of Bangalore, and it serves us well for what we do. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words; we just like fixing things.
