Reflex Physiotherapy Centre

Our physiotherapy centre is at number 2, Dasarath Nilaya, in Aravind Nagar. We are right on Nehru Main Road in Kammanahalli, directly across from Honest Bakery. It’s a good spot because the bakery is a local favorite, so most people find us without much trouble. The space inside is mostly open because we need room for the mats, exercise balls, and the treatment tables. Physiotherapy is a lot of hands-on work, so we don't have much need for fancy office furniture or decorations. We spend our day helping people move better, whether they have a back ache or are recovering from an injury. The sounds of the traffic on Nehru Main Road are always there in the background, but we keep our focus on the exercises and treatments. It’s not a corporate gym; it’s a focused clinical space. We have some basic equipment and a small area where people can wait if they arrive early for their session. The neighborhood is a mix of old houses and new shops, and we get patients from all over the Kammanahalli area. Sometimes it gets a bit tight if we have several people doing their exercises at once, but we manage. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to sell people things they don't need. It’s just about getting the work done so people can feel a bit better when they leave. We close up once the last patient is finished for the day and head home.
