Redcaps Solutions Private Limited is actually run out of a villa. We are at Villa No: 137 in Geown Oasis, which is in V Kallahalli. It’s located in the village of Chembenaalli, right off Sarjapur Road. This is the 562125 area of Bangalore. It’s a bit different from a standard office building because it feels more like a home. We set up our workstations in the main rooms and use the space to get our solutions work done. Being out on Sarjapur Road means it takes a while to get into the city, but we like the quiet of the villa complex. It’s a lot greener out here than the center of Bangalore. We don’t have a big sign out front or a reception area. It’s just us inside, working on whatever projects we have for the week. Sometimes we take breaks in the common areas or just walk around the complex to clear our heads. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We just want to provide decent work and keep things simple for our clients. It’s a small, private setup that suits our style of working. Most people who visit are surprised by how relaxed the atmosphere is. We think it helps us stay focused on the technical tasks without any unnecessary office politics or noise.
