Our office at Red Hat India Pvt Ltd is right on Mahathma Gandhi Road 102. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets. There’s always someone walking by or a car honking somewhere nearby. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s a solid old building, and being at 102 makes it pretty easy for people to find us, even with all the other shops around. Inside, it’s pretty straightforward. We do a lot of tech work here, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it is. Most of the team spends their day at their desks, and we go through a lot of tea while we work. It’s not one of those modern glass towers you see in some parts of the city. It’s more of a practical space where we can actually get things done without too much noise from the outside world getting in. We like being on MG Road because everything is close. Lunch options are plenty, which is good because we usually forget to pack something. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing on the block, just a group of people doing our jobs well. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a real place with real people. We just show up every morning and do what we need to do. It’s not always perfect, but we make it work together.
