If you know where Thoms Bakery is in Frazer Town, you’ve probably walked right past us on St Johns Church Road. We are at number three. It’s a small clinic, nothing too flashy, but we’ve been helping people with their aches and pains for a good bit of time. People come in for all sorts of things, like a stiff neck from sleeping wrong or those nagging knee problems that come with getting older. We do a lot of hands-on work. It’s mostly about showing people how to stretch properly and using the machines we have to help the muscles relax. We don't promise any miracles, just honest work. The street outside can get quite noisy with all the traffic heading towards the junction, but inside we try to keep it calm so people can focus on their exercises. Sometimes we get busy and there's a bit of a wait, but we try to see everyone who walks in. It’s mostly locals from the neighborhood who come by. We see a lot of office workers who sit too much and older folks who just want to keep moving. We’re just a neighborhood physio spot, really. No big corporate vibes here. Just some tables, some equipment, and us trying to figure out why your shoulder hurts. It’s practical work. We’re open most days and just try to be a reliable place for the folks living around here, making sure they can get back to their daily lives.
