Realsoft Inc

We’re located in Marathalli, over in Bangalore. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic, the dust, and the shops everywhere. Our office is right in the middle of it all. Realsoft Inc is a small place compared to the giant tech parks you see nearby. We don’t have a gym or a fancy cafeteria with free food. We just have our desks, some decent computers, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. The office is usually a bit cluttered with cables, spare monitors, and old keyboards. We spend most of our time coding or fixing bugs for various projects that come in. It can get pretty loud outside with the horns honking and the construction noise, but we’ve mostly tuned it out by now. We usually go out to one of the local dhabas or small eateries for lunch to get some fresh air. It’s a very typical Bangalore software life, but on a smaller, more personal scale. We don't have hundreds of employees, just a tight group of people who show up and do their jobs every day. Sometimes we stay quite late when a deadline is coming up fast. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some scribbled notes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek, modern office. We just care about getting the software to work correctly. It’s a simple way to make a living in the city’s tech scene.
