We’ve been based here at Halasuru Old Airport Road for some time now. Our office is in the 906/910 building near Kodihalli. It’s a busy part of town, which makes getting to work interesting most mornings. Real Soft Intl Pvt Ltd is just a group of people working on software stuff every day. We don't really have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. Most of us have been together for years, so we know how each other works. It’s not always quiet in here, especially when we’re trying to figure out a difficult bug or meeting a deadline. People come and go, but the core team stays pretty steady. We handle different types of projects depending on what comes through the door. Some days are slower than others. We don't spend much time on social media or making big advertisements. Usually, people find us because someone they know told them about what we do. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it seems to work for us. The traffic outside on the main road can be a bit much, but being close to everything is handy. If you’re ever around this side of Bangalore, you’ve probably passed our building. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, but we get the work done inside. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't use a lot of big words to explain ourselves. We aren't trying to be something we are not. Most of our desks are covered in notebooks and mugs. It’s a real office for real people.
