Our office is located over in JP Nagar 1st Phase, specifically on the 13th Cross of Sarakki Main Road. We share the space near C O Nnanjunda’s place. It’s a busy area of Bangalore, 560078, with lots of traffic and shops nearby. We’ve been operating as Real Soft Intl Pvt Ltd for some time now. The building is a standard one, nothing that really stands out if you’re just driving by. Inside, it’s mostly computers and desks where the work happens. We handle a lot of different software tasks throughout the week. It gets pretty loud outside during rush hour, so we usually keep the windows shut. Most of the staff comes in by bus or scooter. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. We focus on the work we have in front of us. Some days are long, especially when deadlines are close, but we try to keep a relaxed atmosphere. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We’re just a group of people working together in a neighborhood we like. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it well without making a big deal out of it.
