Real Soft Inc

Real Soft Inc operates out of a place called Kirthana Nilaya. It is a local house that we have converted into our working space. We don’t have a big corporate office in a tech park with glass walls. Instead, we work from this quiet residential spot where we can focus on our software tasks. The name of the house is on the gate, so it is easy to find once you are on the right street. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of tangled cables. We are a small team and we spend most of our hours writing code and fixing bugs for our clients. It feels more like a home than an office, which is how we like it. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks or you can hear people walking by outside, but it doesn't bother us much. We have our own small setup for coffee and snacks in the kitchen area. People who come to visit us usually appreciate the relaxed vibe we have here. We handle various computer-related projects and help local businesses with their digital needs. It’s not a fancy life, but we get to do what we enjoy without the pressure of a big company atmosphere. We have been working from Kirthana Nilaya for a while and it suits our needs perfectly for now. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on getting the work done every day, often staying quite late into the evening.
