You can find us over at the 4th Floor of the Multiplex Building in Marathahalli. It’s an interesting spot for a farming company like Real Orgo Farmers Producer Co. Ltd., being in such a busy urban area, but it works for getting the administrative side of things handled. Most of what we do involves connecting with farmers and managing the production side of things. It’s a lot of paperwork and meetings up here on the 4th floor. We aren't out in the fields every minute, though that’s where the real heart of the business is. This office is where we organize the logistics. Marathahalli is always moving, and sometimes it's hard to find parking near the building, but we’ve made this our home base. We work with a lot of different people to make sure the produce gets where it needs to go. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the farmers get a fair deal and the organic side of things stays on track. The office is pretty basic, nothing too fancy, just desks and computers and a lot of talk about soil and crops. It’s a bit of a climb or a lift ride up, but the view of the traffic is something else. Real Orgo Farmers Producer Co. Ltd. is just trying to bridge that gap between the farm and the city from our little corner of Marathahalli.
