Our office is at 45 CMH Road, tucked away near the 6th A Cross in Indira Nagar. Most people know the Gundappa Gard area around here. It’s a bit of a crowded street, especially on weekends when everyone is out. We do a few different things here under one roof. Some days we are talking about property and showing people around local apartments, and other days we’re sorting out car rentals for someone heading out of town. It keeps the day interesting because you never know who is going to walk through the door or what they’ll need. The office has maps on the wall and a lot of keys hanging up for the different cars we manage. It’s a local operation, so we don’t have a big receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at the desk with a couple of phones ringing constantly. We’ve been in Indira Nagar for a good bit of time, so we know the shortcuts and the landlords around the neighborhood quite well. It’s a practical setup. We just try to help folks find a house or a vehicle without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes we’re out on the road more than we are in the office, but that’s just how the real estate and travel business goes. It’s a busy life on CMH Road and we just keep at it.
