Rcs Tech

Rcs Tech is a small shop located at 510 on WC Road in Bangalore. We’ve been tucked away in this spot for a while now. It isn’t the biggest office you’ll ever see, but it works for what we do. We mostly handle technical repairs and computer issues for people in the neighborhood. WC Road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually see a lot of people dropping in to avoid the traffic. We don't have any shiny brochures or a dedicated marketing person. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of hardware scattered around the workbenches. We’ve learned over the years that most people just want their stuff fixed quickly without a lot of technical talk they don’t understand. We try to be honest about how long a job will take or if something is worth fixing at all. Sometimes we are swamped with laptops and printers, and other days it is a bit quieter. We’ve lived in Bangalore most of our lives, so we know the local scene pretty well. We aren't a big chain; we are just a local business trying to make a living by fixing things. Our walls are covered in old posters and notes we’ve written to ourselves. It’s a bit messy, but it’s our space and we know where everything is. We just do our best to help whoever walks in with a broken device.
