We are located in Vidyaranyapura, over on 6th Cross in the HMT Layout. It's a bit away from the main center of Bangalore, which makes it a slightly quieter place to work compared to the busy MG Road area. Our office at number 966 is where we handle the RCI business for India. Most of the time, we are dealing with holiday exchanges and helping people understand how their memberships actually work. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and explaining things clearly to different people. We have a bunch of desks, some old files, and we spend our day looking at resort schedules all over the world. It’s funny because we stay here in Bangalore while helping others plan their trips to places they’ve never been. The HMT Layout is a nice enough neighborhood, pretty green with regular houses around us. We aren't a big, cold corporate office; we know each other's names and usually have lunch together in the afternoon. The work is steady and keeps us on our toes. We handle the bookings, the cancellations, and the random questions that come in every single day. Sometimes people get confused about their points or how to trade their weeks, so we sit down and walk them through it slowly. We just try to be helpful and keep the records straight. It’s a practical office where we focus on the details of vacation planning without any of the extra fluff you see.
