We are located at No. 2243, 4th A Cross, which is just off the 4th Main road in Vijayanagar. If you know where the Vijayanagar Club is, we are quite close to that. This is a lively part of Bangalore, and our shop fits right into the local scene. We provide technical services, which means we are usually busy with tools and fixing things. Our space is more of a workshop than a fancy office. There are parts and equipment scattered around, but we have a system for finding what we need. People from the area stop by when they have something that needs looking at or when they need a bit of technical help. We spend a lot of time on our feet, working through different problems. It is a hands-on kind of life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The 4th A Cross is a typical Bangalore residential and commercial mix, so we see all sorts of people every day. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone; we just do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the days are long, especially when a job is more complicated than we first thought. We have been in this spot for some time and feel like we are part of the neighborhood fabric now. It is just about being reliable and getting things working again for the folks who come to see us.
