The desk is usually covered in notebooks and pens because we like to write things down. It’s not one of those high-tech offices you see in magazines. We have a few plants on the windowsill that we try to remember to water. Most of the time, we’re just busy on the phone or on the computer. The traffic on the main road can be a nightmare, so we often arrive early to avoid the worst of it. We don't have any big slogans or banners on the walls. It’s just a place of work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work from other time zones. It's just part of the routine for us here. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just do what needs to be done. It's not a complicated operation, just us doing our part every day.
