Killari Road is always packed with people and carts, so getting into the building can be a bit of a struggle during the afternoon rush. We’ve been based here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office is a bit of a maze with all the files and bookshelves we’ve crammed in there over the years. It’s a practical space, not meant for showing off, but it gets the job done when we have to sit down and focus. We spend most of our time dealing with clients and trying to keep our records straight. It’s hard work and the days are usually long, especially when the deadlines start piling up. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts; it’s mostly just desks and chairs where people can actually hear themselves think. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs forgets our order, but that’s the biggest drama we usually deal with. We’re just a group of people who know their job and show up every morning to do it. It’s a solid place to work, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We try to keep it simple and just focus on the paperwork until it is finished.
