My place is in the Hameed Shah Complex, right on Cubbonpet Main Road. It’s number 19, near the Station Road area and not too far from the Ulsoor Gate Police Station. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the streets are almost always clogged with bikes and cars. I’ve been working out of this office for a long time now. The complex itself is an old building, so it has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow. People usually come to see me, Ravi T G, for help with various documents and local paperwork. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary for a lot of people who find the government forms confusing. My desk is usually covered in folders and stacks of paper. I don't have a big team or a secretary; I mostly handle everything myself. Some days are quiet, but most of the time there’s someone sitting in the chair across from me explaining their situation. Being near the police station means there is always something happening outside, and you can hear the sirens and the traffic noise through the windows. I don’t have a website or any fancy marketing. Most people find me by walking through the complex or because someone told them I could help. It’s a simple way of working, just face-to-face and taking care of the details one by one.
