I am Ravi Kumar B and my office is at 11 Basavanagudi on P T Road. We are on the 1st floor. Basavanagudi is one of those old parts of the city that still has a lot of character. P T Road is quite familiar to the locals, and our building has been a part of the landscape for a long time. To get to us, you just walk up the one flight of stairs. It is a simple building with no lift, but it is only one floor, so it is not a problem for most people. The office is basic. We have a few cupboards for our records and a couple of tables. It’s the kind of place where things stay in the same spot for years. I like the consistency of it. The view from the window is just the street below, where you can see the daily life of Basavanagudi unfolding. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there is a festival at a nearby temple, but otherwise, it is a good place to work. I have a small routine of getting coffee from the corner shop every morning before I settle in. We don't do anything fancy here. No big presentations or polished speeches. We just deal with the work as it comes in and try to be fair with everyone. It’s a plain, functional space that serves us well.
