Ratlam Adhivashi Kisan Producer Company Limited has its office in the Rmz Infinity Building on K. R Puram Main Road. It’s a bit of a strange place for a company that deals with farmers, since this is a very modern and busy part of the city. The building itself is huge and made of glass and steel, with lots of other companies all around us. K. R Puram Main Road is always full of traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines outside. We have our own space inside where we handle all the paperwork and coordination. It’s a lot of files and phone calls to different people. We don't have any expensive art or fancy rugs. It’s just desks, chairs, and computers. The elevators are always full of people in suits, which is a bit different from our usual day-to-day. We eat our lunch in the small break area or sometimes go downstairs to find something quick. It’s a lot of administrative work, making sure everything is tracked correctly for the producers. Even though we are in a high-rise building, we try to keep things simple and practical. We don't have a lot of time for corporate games. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get through the pile of work on our desks. It's just a place to get the work of the producer company sorted out properly.
