Rathod Build Mart Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 25/3-2 in the 1st Stage Industrial Suburb of Yeshwanthpur. Being in an industrial suburb means it’s a bit noisy and there are a lot of trucks moving around. Our place is right in the middle of all that action. We sell building materials and stuff like that, so our office is often dusty and smells like cement or wood. It isn't a place for fancy clothes. We usually wear whatever is comfortable for moving around a warehouse or a yard. The office part is just a small section where we do the billing and talk to customers. We’ve got a lot of regular contractors who come in every morning to pick up what they need. We know most of them by name. It’s a busy environment and we don’t have time for a lot of talk that doesn’t lead anywhere. We just get the orders filled and make sure the trucks are loaded correctly. Sometimes things get mixed up, and we have to spend the afternoon sorting it out, but that’s life in the build mart business. Yeshwanthpur is a tough area to work in because of the traffic, but we’ve been here so long we don’t even notice it anymore. We just keep the doors open and keep the supplies moving out to the sites. Every day brings a new set of challenges, and we just face them as they come without complaining too much.
