My place is located at 759 Vidyaranyapura 2nd Main. If you are driving down Sindhi Hospital Road, you will see the building where I work. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main junction, but there is still plenty of movement. I spend most of my time here at the desk handling different bits of work that come in throughout the week. The room has a window that looks out toward the street, and I see the same delivery bikes passing by every afternoon. There are a lot of files and notebooks stacked up because I prefer writing things down rather than just using the computer for everything. The floor is tile and it stays cool even when the sun is hitting the front of the building. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just someone looking for directions to the hospital, which happens more often than you would think. I have a small kettle for making coffee when the morning gets long. The walls are mostly plain except for a calendar that I usually forget to flip on time. People come here when they have something specific they need help with, and we just sit down and talk through it without any rush. It’s just me and the occasional visitor, and it stays pretty basic. I don’t like having too much clutter, but some days the paperwork just builds up on its own. It's a simple life here in the office.
